1. RESERVATION, OFFICE ADDRESS

2. TOUR PRICES

All tour prices are quoted net in US dollars. Tour prices do not include international flights you’re your country, meals not listed in the tour itinerary, optional tours/activities and personal expense.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

Deposit payment of 30% of the tour price should be made upon tour booking & confirmation. The remaining payment must be settled on arrival of the clients by cash, or by credit card with additional bank fees.

Myanmar is a cash country, since credit cards, traveler’s checks and foreign currencies are not widely accepted. We would therefore like to advise all our guests to bring enough cash in US Dollars for trip to Myanmar. Bank notes that are “CB” numbers, discolored, old or slightly damaged are not accepted. it is advisable to bring good quality notes in order to avoid any acceptability challenges.

4. COMPLIMENTARY

Every 16th member of a group will be given a complimentary.

5. CANCELLATION

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notice is received Cancellation charges are as follows:

Over 45 days prior to arrival date : no charge
Between 45~30days prior to arrival date : 35% on Tour price
Between 29-15 days prior to arrival date : 45% on Tour price
Between 14~7 days prior to arrival date : 65% on Tour price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival date :100% on Tour price

KST Travels understands that cancellations are a part of the travel business. However we try to be as flexible as possible. There will be some charges from local service providers such as hotels, airlines, etc. we will try to negotiated with them case by case for your convenience.

We recommend that our clients carry adequate travel insurance which cover costs in case a cancellation charge is required.

6. CHILDREAN POLICY

• For children under 12 years old No Extra Bed 75% of adult fare
• For children under 12 years old Extra Bed 85% of adult fare.
• For children over 12 years old charged per normal adult fare.
• For infant, ther is no charges for the infant if they do not need the separate seat for domestic air transport.
• For infant, there will be charges 40 % of adult fare if he infant needs a separate seat for domestic air transport

7. REFUND

After commencement of travel, refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the tour programs. We will try to negotiated with hotel, airlines, etc.. case by case for your convenience.

8. INSURANCE

There is no insurance included in our tour package. We recommend all clients to obtain the necessary personal baggage, medical and accident insurance before arrival.

9. DOMESTIC FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

KST travels & Tours CO., Ltd. will substitute the hotel, restaurant and domestic flight of similar standard when it may be required due to unexpected situation. Please also note that luxury class accommodation may not always be available in some Myanmar destinations in the mean time. However we will always arrange the best accommodation available.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

KST Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. acts only as the agent for the clients, providing hotels., airlines, transport or other services. We have no liabilities for any loss, injury, damage, accident which may be caused including those outside the touring programs. Additional expense due to delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients.

We recommend all clients to obtain the Travel Insurance before arrival.
