Detailed Itinerary

Day 1. Yangon arrival and sightseeing (by car)

Arrive at Yangon International Airport, welcome by our tour guide. On the way visit to Lawka Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image (Kyauktawgyi) and Royal White Elephant camp. Check in to hotel and Yangon sightseeing; visit to Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha, Karaweik Hall Royal barge on the Royal lake for photo stop, Yangon's city center featuring Sule Pagoda at city center and colonial building, drive in downtown visit China Town with the fruit market and Yangon's city center covering World famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Witness the golden dome light up sunshine at the sunset. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 2. Yangon - Mandalay - Sagaing - Mandalay (by flight and car)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport to fly from Yangon to Mandalay. Proceed to Sagaing Hill, which is perhaps the living centre of Buddhist faith in Myanmar today. Hillsides are dotted with numerous Pagodas and Monasteries. Continue to visit Khaungmudaw Pagoda. In the evening enjoy the sunset from Sagaing Hill. Return to Mandalay. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 3. Mandalay - Mingun - Amarapura - Mandalay (by boat and car)

Depart Mandalay on a private boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River to visit Mingun, a village on the west bank of the river. Visit to Settawya Pagoda, Mingun Pahtotawgyi, the world renowned ringing Mingun Bell and Myatheintan Pagoda. Excursion to Amarapura. Visit to Mahagandayon Monastery, U Bein Bridge and observe Myanma Traditional Hand-Woven silk workshop. Return to Mandalay and overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 4. Mandalay free day

Free for leisure in Mandalay.

Day 5. Mandalay - Bagan (by express boat and car)

Take a local river cruise trip to Bagan along the river Ayeyarwaddy sampling some of the village life of the people on the river banks. In the evening, arrive at Bagan and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 6. Bagan full day sightseeing (by car)

For sightseeing includes visit to the colorful Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda and its magnificent golden stupa, Kyansittha Umin; Wet-kyi-inn Gubyaukgyi Temple, with superb mural paintings of jataka scenes and Htilominlo Temple. After the must visit to lacquer ware workshop; continue to Manuha Temple; Nanphaya, the residence of Kind Manuha; Ananda Temple, architectural master piece and Oak-Kyaung monastery decorated with multi colors paintings. Enjoy the breath taking sunset from Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 7. Bagan full day sightseeing. (by car)

Morning sightseeing start with Lawkananda Pagoda; East and West Phet Leik with clay plaque Jataka scenes; Thatbyinnyu Temple; Shwegugyi Temple; Palace site and Tharaba Gate. Tour includes Apeyadana Temple with the paintings of Mahayana concept; Nagayon Temple; Archaeological Museum; Dhamayangyi Temple, a massive Temple with finest brick work and Mingalar Zedi to watch sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy River. Day 8. Bagan - Mt.Popa (by car)

Morning depart by road to Mt.Popa, is considered the early font of power for the mystical world of the nats. Climb up Mt. Popa and view the surrounding area. Overnight at hotel in Mt.Popa Mountain Resort.

Day 8. Bagan-Mt.Popa (by car)

Morning depart by road for Kalaw, a mountain resort town in the Southern Shan State. Overnight at hotel in Kalaw.

Day10. Kalaw (Trekking)

As for full day return trip, the most popular Trekking took place along from Kalaw to Ywa Thit, Taryaw up to view point. Where you can have lunch there. Along the return route, you can visit water reservoir which gave water supply to Kalaw, pay visit Palaung hilly tribes of their living standard. Overnight at hotel in Kalaw.

 

Day11.Kalaw - Pindaya - Inle Lake (by car)

Drive to Pindaya, through picturesque scenery. Visit Pindaya caves, Pindaya lakes; home base paper making and umbrella making industry. Next proceed to the famous Inle Lake, the residence of the Intha People and a kind of water would. Overnight at hotel in Inle.

Day12. Inle Lake sightseeing (by boat excursion)

Inle Lake sightseeing by boat, visit to Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Floating Gardens, Unique Leg-rowers, Traditional Fishing Method, Silk Weaving, Stilt House Villages on the lake and Nge Pe Chaung (Jumping Cat) Monastery. Overnight at hotel in Inle.

Day 14.Inle - Kakku - Taunggyi (by car)

Morning drive to Taunggyi. Capital of Shan State Taunggyi is a pine clad hill station. The weather is cool all year round and the winter months can be quite cold at night. The Local Market is well known throughout Myanmar. Proceed to Kakku, a unique temple complex of more than 2000 stupas has lied hidden in the Pa-O heartland of Southern Shan State of centuries. Overnight at hotel in Taunggyi.

Day 15. Taunggyi - Heho - Yangon (by flight)

Morning evening transfer to Heho airport and fly to Yangon. Free for leisure and overnight in Yangon.

Day 16. Yangon - Ngwe Hsaung Beach (by car)

Morning drive to Ngwe Hsaung Beach through rural Ayeyarwaddy Delta Landscapes, small villages and river crossing and local market. Arrive Ngwe Hsaung and free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Ngwe Hsaung Beach.

Thanlyin is home to two splendid pagodas; the Kyaikkauk Pagoda and Kyaikmawwin (Yele) Pagoda, situated on Island. Meet local people at the Kyauktan Market and then to Kyaikmawwin (Yele) Pagoda by boat. Return to Yangon. Proceed to Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market where you can buy many souvenirs. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 24. Yangon Free day
