Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Yangon arrival and sightseeing (by car)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by KST
representative and our tour guide. On the way visit to Lawka
Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image (Kyauktawgyi) and
Royal White Elephant camp. Check in to hotel and Yangon
sightseeing; visit to Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda
a colossal reclining Buddha, Karaweik Hall Royal barge on
the Royal lake for photo stop, Yangon's city center
featuring Sule Pagoda at city center and colonial building,
drive in downtown visit China Town with the fruit market and
Yangon's city center covering World famous Shwedagon Pagoda.
Witness the golden dome light up sunshine at the sunset.
Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 2: Yangon - Bagan (by flight and car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and fly to
Bagan. For sightseeing includes visit to the colorful Nyaung
U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda and its magnificent golden stupa,
Htilominlo Temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and
glazed sand stone decoration, Gubyaukgyi Temple, with superb
mural paintings of jataka scenes. Visit to Myinkaba Village
and observe the process of Traditional Lacquer ware Industry
one of Myanmar's best-known handicrafts. Ananda Temple, an
architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple with
four impressive standing Buddha images. Thabinnyu Temple,
the highest temple in Bagan, Dhammayangyi Temple noted for
its remarkable brickwork. Enjoy sunset over the site from
the upper terrace of Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel
in Bagan.
Day 3: Bagan - Mandalay (by flight and car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for Bagan
to Mandalay by flight. Arrive Mandalay and check in to
hotel. Mandalay full day sightseeing; visit to Mahamuni
Pagoda, Tapestry making home cottage, Marble carving
workshop, Gold-leaf Beating workshop, silk weaving home
cottage, Kyauktawgyi Pagoda a large Buddha image carved out
of a single block of marble, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden
Palace) noted for its exquisite wood carving, Kuthodaw
Pagoda known as the world's Biggest Book for its stone slabs
of Buddhist scriptures. Mandalay Palace and in the evening
enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Overnight at hotel in
Mandalay.
Day 4: Mandalay - Heho - Inle lake (by flight , boat and
car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and fly to
Heho. Drive to Inle lake and sightseeing by boat. Visit to
Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Floating Gardens, Unique Leg-rowers,
Traditional Fishing Method, Silk Weaving, Stilt House
Villages on the lake and Nge Pe Chaung (Jumping Cat)
Monastery. Overnight at hotel in Inle.
Day 5: Inle Lake - Kalaw - Pindaya - Inle lake (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Kalaw and sightseeing.
Proceed to Pindaya, through picturesque scenery. Visit
Pindaya caves, Pindaya lakes; home base paper making and
umbrella making industry. Next proceed to the famous Inle
Lake, the residence of the Intha People and a kind of water
world. Overnight at hotel in Inle.
Day 6: Inle - Heho - Yangon (by flight and car)
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport and fly
back to Yangon from Heho. Afternoon Yangon sightseeing visit
to National Museum, Botataung Pagoda, visit Strand jetty to
witness the daily life of the local people and Yangon's
River. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
Day 7: Shopping and Departure (by car)
After breakfast at hotel, morning shopping at Gems Mart
and Handicrafts shops. Visit to Bogyoke Aung San (Scott)
Market where you can buy many souvenirs. And then transfer
to airport for departure.
